Program Details

The online Rehabilitation Counseling program encompasses a wide range of rehabilitation counseling theories and practices, including multicultural counseling, attitudinal and environmental barriers for people with disabilities, rehabilitation services, case management, medical and psychosocial aspects of disability, job placement and ethical standards for rehabilitation counselors.

Studies include:

  • Job placement and supported employment
  • Medical and psychosocial aspects of disabilities
  • Vocational assessment of individuals with disabilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher learning or an international institution that is accredited by the country’s ministry of education or comparable governmental agency.
