Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences in Early Childhood (Non-Licensure)
Texas Tech University

Program Details

Enroll in this non-certification, online early childhood education degree and enhance your professional opportunities.  Designed for students who have either attended a community college or want to go back to school after earning their Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences degrees, this program combines professional knowledge and community college education with courses on child development.

The curriculum in this online early childhood education degree teaches you to integrate and apply an understanding of physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development as it applies to children in early childhood.  Develop links between theoretical research and current practices in early childhood settings.  All students complete a practicum that focuses on gaining experience in their communities.  Work directly with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children, gaining diverse experience and putting classroom knowledge to work in the real world.
