Terra State Community College is a two-year accredited commuter college located in Fremont, Ohio. Terra has a long history of serving the community and providing an affordable and accessible education. Terra was founded in 1968 as Vanguard Technical Institute to appease the demand for a local institution. It was originally used as an engineering and business school. Over the years the school developed into a source of information and support to the entire community.
