Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management is designed to help students advance their careers by learning how to work with one of a business’ most important assets, its employees.  This program offers courses in traditional MBA topics including managerial accounting, project management, organizational leadership, economics, supply chain logistics, and more.  You will learn skills in critical thinking, problem solving, management, leadership, creative thinking, and other business areas.  In addition, students will gain knowledge and skills in learning how to manage a business’ employees, from hiring and training to retention and advancement.  Graduates will be prepared to take on all areas of a business’ HR department, recruiting the best workers, training them, and then keeping them, while also being able to advance in others areas of business as well.

Requirements

Students participate in a one-week residency on campus at the beginning of the program.
