The Master of Science in Dietetics at SUNY Buffalo State satisfies the upcoming eligibility requirements of the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Soon, all those taking the credentialing exam for registered dietitian nutritionists will need a master’s degree.

The online program in nutrition appeals to registered dietitians and current students in the Dietitian Education Program. Those in the BS program can take and apply up to 9 credit hours towards their master’s degree.
