Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership program prepares students for effective leadership in ministry environments.  The curriculum focuses on administrative issues and the special training required for ministry environments, including biblical, theological, and pastoral leadership training.  You will gain the tools needed to successfully minister in the contemporary world, including developing personal character and human relational skills.  Students are also prepared for graduate studies if they want to continue their educations. 

Graduates are able to:

• Assess leadership models and their impact on organizational development
• Communicate biblical and theological academic research
• Use Grammatical-Historical exegesis
• Formulate a personal philosophy of leadership with a biblical worldview
