Program Details

The Individual and Team Leadership graduate certificate program provides essential, in-demand leadership and management skills to students who are looking to launch or advance their careers. The program consists of only 12 credits, can be completed in as few as eight months, and courses are delivered 100% online and teach highly valuable skills that are transferable across all industries. The ITL certificate courses can be stacked toward a master’s degree program at Saint Mary’s University.

The ITL graduate certificate program is taught by an experienced faculty and is focused on developing students’ professional and ethical leadership skills. The rigorous curriculum is imbued with five core Lasallian principles—faith, concern for the poor and social justice, respect for all persons, quality education, and inclusive community.

In addition to the graduate certificate, students will earn a digital badge for each class within the program. Along with leadership skills, they’ll learn critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration and team building. Graduates can apply these skills in a broad range of career paths ranging from Project Management Specialists, Human Resources Managers, Public Relations Managers and more.
