Program Details

The online Master of Science in Microelectronic Engineering provides advanced education to semiconductor process engineers. Through this online program, students study the design and fabrication of small electronic devices and components. Integrated nanoelectronic sensors and circuits drive our global economy, help improve our quality of life, and increase productivity.
