Program Details

The dual degree in Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) is offered online at Robert Morris University.  The program combines graduate programs from the School of Nursing and the School of Business into one unique combined curriculum.  Students will gain knowledge and skills in nursing leadership and management along with a core business education.  Business courses cover such topics as finance, accounting, and analytical models.  You will gain strong technical and critical thinking skills as well, so you can provide quality, compassionate care while also being a leader in the field.  Some of the courses offered in this program include:

  • Leading the Business Enterprise
  • Accountable Care Management and Finance
  • Healthcare Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Students can complete the program in 8 weeks through an accelerated format which allows them to earn two degrees with 15 fewer credits than would be required if taking both graduate programs individually.
