The Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Educator prepares nurses for highly sought roles in both clinical and academic education.  Coursework for this online nurse educator degree is designed for professional adult learners seeking career advancement and provides the scholarly skills needed to gain roles in clinical and academic education.  

The curriculum, intertwined with Christian principles and values, prepares students to teach with confidence while engaging with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.  Students are introduced to pedagogical strategies that develop strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Students will also expand their knowledge with advanced coursework in physiology, pathophysiology, comprehensive health assessment, nursing education, instruction and learning, and clinical practicum. 

Graduates of this master’s in nursing education will be eligible to sit for the National League of Nursing's (NLN) Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) exam.
