Program Details

The Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Curriculum & Instruction – presented from a Christian worldview – is delivered online with two one-week residencies. You will investigate the principles of curriculum, instruction, assessment and evaluation with an emphasis on program development. This degree program, which may be completed in just five semesters, is a degree in and of itself, but it may also be earned on the way to the completion of a terminal Ed.D. or Ph.D.

Special Accreditation

Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP)

The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) now administers both NCATE and TEAC accreditation. Current accreditation status under NCATE and TEAC for education programs will continue through the accreditation term, during which they will be CAEP Eligible.
