With climate change and the increased pressure on natural resources and organisms, there is a growing issue of food insecurity and inequity. Prepare to make a difference in food systems by earning this online agriculture bachelor’s degree. You will also learn about sustaining all living beings.  

Built on the “10 Elements of Agroecology,” this interdisciplinary program builds healthy food systems with environmental, economic, and social resilience. Emphasis is placed on localized, urban, and suburban farming systems. Study growing, harvesting, processing, distributing, marketing, consuming, and waste.
