Program Details

Take a closer look at human behavior and decision-making within an organization with an online MBA and Master of Science in Leadership degree from Pfeiffer University.  This dual degree program is intended to look beyond the function and system of business facets and dive into what drives an organization to success and the teams and leadership who attain it.  The curriculum usually takes 30-36 months to complete with Pfeiffer's MBA/MSL degree.  Specialty subject areas may include:

  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Satisfactory completion of undergraduate prerequisite requirements
  • Satisfactory completion of one of the following:
    • Miller Analogies Test (MAT)
    • Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT)
    • Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or other standardized graduate admissions test
    • This requirement is waived for applicants with a graduate degree from an accredited institution
