The Master of Nursing Education online program from Pennsylvania State University is designed for RNs with a desire to advance their careers by educating others.  Courses in this option teach evidence-based teaching and learning principles, curriculum development, and evaluative techniques.  The goal is to prepare students for educator roles in a variety of academic and health care settings.
