The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Management is an online organizational leadership degree from Pacific Oaks College that will take your business career to the next level.  The curriculum is based on the theory that “leadership requires skill and self-knowledge to be authentic and that authentic leadership is essential to creating organizations with sustainable value.”  In as little as 20 months of part-time study or 14 months of full-time learning, students are ready to affect social change.
