Help students deal with personal issues and plan for their futures with a Master of Arts in Education in School Counseling. Studies of lifespan development, trauma informed care, and life planning and career development will prepare counselors to effectively perform the diverse aspects of their job.

This online master’s in school counseling degree program utilizes a theory-to-application approach to relate class topics to real-world situations. Students will also participate in on-site experiences in schools in their local community. Classes cover topics including group counseling, school counseling in changing environments, social and cultural concerns in counseling, and professional and ethical issues of school counselors.
