Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Oregon State University gives students the opportunity to make the world a healthier place by helping improve the health of communities. This online program shows students a holistic look at improving health through evidence-based programs and healthcare management. Students choose from two areas of focus – Health Management and Policy, or Health Promotion and Health Behavior.

Course topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Health data analysis
  • Social and individual health determinants
  • Epidemiology

A 360-hour, 12-credit internship is required for this bachelor’s degree program. Students will study research related to public health, behavior, policy, and management. The online bachelor’s degree program in public health prepares graduates to excel in their public health careers.
