With your online MSN Nurse Educator degree from Ohio University, you can lead the learning process, guiding students and producing a nursing workforce prepared to thrive in a diverse, ever-changing healthcare environment. 

OHIO’s Nurse Educator track includes 11 online courses plus 500 teaching and direct care practicum hours. You’ll learn to design, implement and evaluate academic and continuing education programs for nurses at all levels as you prepare to sit for the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) exam. On average, 95% of OHIO graduates pass their certification exams on the first attempt.

Upon graduation and certification, you can work in both classroom and practice settings, preparing and mentoring current and future generations of nurses. You might work at a college, university, technical school, community health agency, health care facility and more.

The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, master’s degree program in nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice program and post-graduate APRN certificate programs at Ohio University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
