The Master of Arts in Leadership major prepares professionals who want to enhance their leadership skills in order to develop more effective organizations. The program emphasizes critical and strategic thinking, ethics, and real work application of leadership principles.
The Healthcare Management concentration allows students to analyze an organization’s human resources needs and offer recommendations for comprehensive stabilization and/or improvement.
