Program Details

Nova Southeastern University, primarily located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, offers a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. The concentration is designed for professionals with a leadership role in an organization or for those individuals who wish to expand into areas of leadership. The specialized curriculum develops the necessary skills to meet the standards for current and future leadership challenges facing organizations.

Students will learn the 69 credit hours with core coursework taught with an emphasis on self-reflection, analysis and best practices used in the practical workplace. The doctoral program with the focus on Organizational Leadership, will properly train and educate impressionable leaders with the most effective and efficient concepts in addition to enhancing developing leaders as agents of change in the application of policy and higher standard of organizational achievement. Students will study essential topics such as:
