About Northwest Vista College
Northwest Vista College is one of five colleges within the Alamo Colleges system of Bexar County, Texas. Founded in 1995, Northwest Vista College is a public, two-year institution of higher education, with the school’s main campus located in the city of San Antonio, Texas. Northwest Vista stands by its mission, which “creates opportunities for success by offering quality academic, technical and life-long learning experiences to its diverse communities in a collaborative, student-centered, data-informed and shared leadership environment.”
Northwest Vista College offers a variety of associate degrees and certificates. Students attending Northwest Vista College, in conjunction with Alamo Colleges, can enroll in blended eLearning and fully online degree programs, including associate degrees and specialized certificates. Through Alamo Online, students can complete a two-year transfer program to further academic goals, or complete workforce training degrees. Northwest Vista College online degrees offer flexibility along with the same rigorous standards as face-to-face courses.
