    • Official transcripts from an associate degree or diploma program in nursing
    • Official transcripts from all postsecondary work completed
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 on a 4.00 scale
    • Completion of required prerequisites with grade “C” or higher
    • Hold current, unrestricted R.N. licensure
