The Post-Master's Certificate in Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner to Adult-Gero Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree from Northern Kentucky University is an online adult nurse practitioner program. This degree is designed for those who wish to transition from being the primary care provider to families to being the primary care provider for adult patients with acute, chronic, and critical conditions.
