Program Details
The online Master of Science in Project Management addresses every phase of this discipline, including project definition, cost and risk estimation, scheduling, budget management, negotiation and conflict resolution, and project presentation and evaluation. Students learn to effectively lead and manage interrelated, complex projects in a mature manner while avoiding common pitfalls; learn to manage project scope, risk, quality, and performance metrics while effectively communicating with stakeholders; and develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. This program draws on real-world case studies to demonstrate techniques and tools for managing projects successfully and economically while also teaching students the need for ethics and social responsibility in the practice of project management.
