Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Nuclear Nonproliferation Science & Policy program creates professionals with an interdisciplinary understanding of the science enabling nuclear proliferation regimes and the policies that create and implement those regimes. The curriculum teaches students about nuclear nonproliferation from both the engineering and the social science perspectives while helping them understand technical and policy challenges in developing and implementing robust international nuclear nonproliferation regimes. The program allows students to choose their courses depending on their interests but generally, students will take two nuclear engineering courses and two political science courses.
