YesNorth American University gives many students a clear path to finish. Classes are small, coursework is practical, and professors are easy to reach. That daily setup helps students stay on track and keep moving toward graduation. It can also make school feel more personal and less overwhelming.
Cost can be harder to predict over time. Some students have faced billing and aid problems that changed what they paid. Reported housing charges, refund errors, and uneven scholarship terms have added stress for some families. Scholarships can still make NAU a good option, but clear planning for cost, aid, credits, pace, and time to finish matters.
Professors are approachable and quick to help, especially in smaller classes. That makes it easier to get answers and stay on track.
Support quality can vary once issues move to school offices. Some students describe weak structure and slow follow-through from leadership and admin teams.
Billing consistency is a key watch area. Some students reported dorm charges even when they did not live in dorms.

North American University is at its best in small classes. Students often get more personal attention. Professors are easy to reach and stay involved. Many classes use hands-on work, not just lectures.
This helps students build real skills they can use after graduation. The main issues are in day-to-day operations, not in teaching. Some students report frustration with leadership and school systems. Billing, refunds, and scholarship communication can feel inconsistent. Even so, the core classroom experience remains a clear strength for many students.
North American University offers a mixed but often positive student experience. In class, many students get close contact with professors and smaller groups. Lessons tend to be practical, with work that connects to real jobs and daily skills.
Outside the classroom, the experience can feel less steady. Some students report problems with billing, refunds, and scholarship updates. These issues can affect cost, planning, and time to finish. NAU can be a good fit for students who want personal teaching support and hands-on learning, while staying ready for a less consistent administrative process.
