Program Details

Newman University offers an online MBA with a concentration in Leadership for students who want to become leaders in business organizations.  In this program, students focus on leadership which includes the study of vision, change, empowerment, creativity, innovation, and the inspiration of others.  You will take courses in organizational change and development, leadership philosophies, the role of government regulation and social responsibility, and a study of negotiation strategies and techniques.  

The remainder of the program is comprised of courses in business administration, preparing students for changing economic trends, technological advancements, and globalization.  Courses are taught by a combination of real-world business practitioners and seasoned faculty who will use case-study instructional methods to integrate analytical thinking and problem solving.  This program features flexible schedules designed to accommodate working professionals with a strong work and life balance.
