Program Details
The online master’s in Social Work from New Mexico State University focuses on general Social Work practice with populations of the Southwest. Courses address the needs of Southwest cultures in terms of social, cultural, community, and environmental factors. Students will develop skills and knowledge for working with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Students outside of the state of New Mexico should check with their state’s Social Work licensing agency to make sure this program meets licensing educational requirements.
