About Nevada State University
Nevada State University was founded in 2002 with a mission “to provide its students with innovative, technology-rich learning opportunities.” Its mission promotes the acquisition of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. Nevada State University is located on 509 scenic acres in Henderson, Nevada. It is the only four-year, comprehensive public institution in Nevada.
Nevada State University offers bachelor’s and graduate degrees from three schools:
- School of Education
- School of Liberal Arts and Sciences
- School of Nursing
