Program Details

The Master of Science in Business & Organizational Leadership degree online allows adults to earn a degree and advance their careers without sacrificing their current lives.  In 18 months, students are prepared to take on greater leadership roles in both the workplace and community.  The curriculum offers a Franciscan, values-based, and global perspective to the study of leadership, organizational strategy, and effective management practices.  You will develop your own philosophy of effective leadership and develop plans to master key leadership competencies through this integrated curriculum.  Courses cover everything from knowledge management, legal issues, and public policy to fiscal planning, so graduates are ready to lead high-performing teams, develop effective strategies, and make a positive impact on other’s lives.  

Courses, taught by experienced and professional faculty, integrate work and learning experiences.  Students enjoy a cohort model of study which allows them to move through the program with the same group, forming collaborative learning teams throughout the program.
