School Details

Nazarene Theological Seminary is a private, not-for-profit, graduate school in Missouri that is affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene. Nazarene Theological Seminary was founded in 1945 and started its first school year in September 1945. The mission of Nazarene Theological Seminary is "to prepare women and men to be faithful and effective ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to offer itself as a theological resource in service to the Church of the Nazarene, its sponsoring denomination, and the wider Christian Church."

Nazarene Theological Seminary offers master's degrees, a Doctor of Ministry degree, and various other non-degree programs. Nazarene Theological Seminary also offers a growing roster of online courses. The Master of Divinity degree can be earned through a combination of one-week intensive, online, and video conference courses.
