GetEducated Team Takes
Tony’s Take

Mount Mary’s biggest strength is personal support. Classes are small, and professors are easy to reach. Students are treated like people, not numbers. Course pacing also gets care, with fewer weeks packed with many major tests.

The experience can vary by program. Clinical Mental Health Counseling is described very positively. One OT clinical placement felt much tougher, with less direction and a difficult midterm evaluation.

Cost can shape day-to-day life for some students. Monthly bills near $1,000 felt heavy, and loan mix-ups added stress until fixed. Overall, Mount Mary offers strong human support, with some pressure points around payment flow and parts of clinical supervision.
