Program Details

The online Associates of Science in Human Resource has two major options, General Applied Human Resources and Articulated with the College of Business.  The General Applied Human Resources option is designed to build a foundation in human resource management through courses teaching about employee relations, human resource planning and analysis, and risk management, safety, and security.  The Articulated with the College of Business option is designed for those wishing to transfer directly into the College of Business and has courses teaching about coordinating organizational development, conduct training, staffing issues, compensation and benefits packages, and how human resource professionals contribute to the strategic business success of organizations.  Graduates with human resources degrees find jobs as human resources managers, recruiters, trainers, and employee relations specialists.
