Program Details

The online Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Leadership provides a comprehensive curriculum that opens doors to leadership positions with hotels, restaurants, resorts, country clubs, casinos, and other venues throughout the world while also teaching the knowledge and skills needed to pursue entrepreneurial interests.  Students gain an understanding of leadership theory and the relationship between ethical leadership, corporate culture, and performance.  Graduates will be able to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, understand the importance of tourism, maintain a core set of business skills necessary to successfully operate a hospitality organization, demonstrate effective communication, and practice critical thinking.

  • Completion requires 125 credits, including transfer credits
  • Must have an Associate of Applied Science in hospitality management or culinary arts
