Program Details

The online Environmental Health & Safety certificate program provides the knowledge, skills, and credentials necessary to work as an environmental health and safety professional or to continue in environmental health and safety graduate studies.  Students will learn about preventing physical, chemical, and biological hazards from adversely impacting human health or the ecological balance of the environment and keeping hazards at an acceptable level.  Graduates will find careers in professional positions with public health departments, environmental protection agencies, environmental consultants, and occupational health and safety divisions of the industry.
