Program Details

The online Associate of Science in Computer Technology / Computer Science is designed to provide students essential background and foundations within a variety of subjects pertaining to the field of computer science. Course topics include object oriented computer programming, Java Language essentials, computer architecture, and Intel x86 Assembly Language. Students also learn skills such as the development of simple applications, creation of applications that work databases, problem solving using integrals, and business application testing using C and C++ languages.

Students will be prepared to further their education or to enter the workforce in various computer oriented careers. 


This degree requires from 103.0 – 104.5 credit hours. Students using financial aid are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
