Program Details

Teachers can expand their knowledge of music with a Master of Music Education degree. This program prepares students for leadership roles in the classroom, with ensembles, and in instructional design roles.

Music teachers will study topics including effective curriculum development and the application of learning benchmarks. Courses also discuss past and present trends in music education. The entire program can be completed online, with an optional one-week summer intensive course on campus available to those who are interested.
