The online Bachelor of Arts in Communication provides a broad-based understanding of the process of communication, including communication and society, communication and the person, and organizational communication. The program prepares students to understand how organizational structure and groups function and facilitate communicatively, as well as understanding human interaction across a variety of contexts. Graduates are able to evaluate communication issues; illustrate the ability to speak, listen, and write for various communication outlets; understand the basic theories, principles, and concepts in communication; and negotiate in a variety of situations.
