Program Details

The online Doctor of Health Sciences focuses on interprofessional practice, research, and scholarship as it prepares students to advance their careers and make their marks on the future of healthcare and health professions education as scholar-practitioners who address complex problems of practice.  Courses teach students to integrate and apply evidence in the pursuit of solutions to complex healthcare challenges, allowing them to change the face of healthcare delivery and health-professions education through their incorporation and dissemination of knowledge in practice.  Students can choose a leadership-focused concentration in healthcare management, health-professions education, public health, or patient safety and quality improvement.
