Marian University offers an online psychology degree, the Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology.  This masters in organizational psychology seeks to prepare students to improve employee satisfaction, health, performance, and productivity in a company.  You will become a scientist-practitioner who will incorporate evidence-based practices into your career in order to better the workplace for organizations, stakeholders, and employees.  The curriculum emphasizes social and global perspectives that reflect recent ethical and legal standards and guidelines, using these and current, evidence-based practices as the basis of the program.  Coursework provides a fundamental knowledge of psychology as a discipline, including trends of the field, theoretical foundations, concepts, and divisions within the field of I/O Psychology.  You will also learn about the scientific and applied aspects of the field and the fundamentals of I/O Psychology, including:
