Program Details

The online Doctorate of Health Professions Education focuses on advancing health care through the education process by providing health professionals with the tools necessary to be successful educators in their chosen health professions.  Courses cover curriculum development, design and assessment, statistics and research, education technology, and academic leadership.  Graduates become health educators, university faculty, or university administrators.


  • Earned a master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S
  • Earned a minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in their qualifying degree
  • Applicants with a GPA between 2.5 and 2.99 may appeal to the Admissions Review Board for a probationary acceptance to Logan
  • Current resume or CV
