Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine is a four-year private school located in Erie, Pennsylvania. This school was founded as a graduate school of medicine and pharmacy in 1992. Other locations of branch campuses are in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and Bradenton, Florida.
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine offers post baccalaureate certificates, master’s degrees, and doctor’s degrees for professional practice in osteopathic medicine (D.O.), pharmacy (PharmD), and dentistry (DMD). LECOM offers one of the few accelerated three-year pharmacy programs in the country: students are able to pick a choice of a year-round, three-year pathway in Erie; or the traditional four-year pathway in Bradenton.
