Program Details

Kentucky Community and Technical College System offers an online human services degree, the Certificate in Direct Support Work.  This program prepares students for entry level careers in the human services field where they will be able to help individuals and their communities.  Graduates will work in agencies and institutions which provide social, community, educational, and mental health services.  The curriculum teaches knowledge and skills that are important within this field, such as working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and mental retardation.
