Indiana Wesleyan University offers the Master of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology degree online.  This master’s in industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology is primarily concerned with the study of workplace behavior.  This is a diverse field that focuses on improving organizational cultures and employee motivation and satisfaction.  In addition to these focus areas, students will also study training, marketing, and sales.  You will learn to apply research to increase productivity, select the employees best suited for a job, and in product testing.  The curriculum uses a Christian perspective to develop competent and ethical professionals as students prepare to help employees develop their strengths through theories of motivation.
