Program Details
The online BS in Addictions Counseling degree program provides an in-depth education, from a Christian perspective, for students who desire to understand and/or serve addicted persons and their families. Coursework covers topics in counseling theories and practice, psychopharmacology, minority group relations, and more.
Requirements
This is a bachelor completion program, and a total of 124 credits are required.
Admissions: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Official transcripts from all previous colleges and universities. Prior completion of 60 transferable credits from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (maximum of 40 credit hours may be earned via the assessed learning process). Completion of PSY-150 or equivalent.
