Enroll in an online special education degree and advance your professional opportunities.  Designed for teachers in K-12, this program covers content, pedagogy, and learners.  The unique curriculum emphasizes behavior management and techniques used in classroom instruction.  Learn to use evidence-based strategies to improve children with special needs’ educational and behavioral outcomes.  You will also be trained in high-quality behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) approaches.  

You know a program is flexible when a student is able to work as a full-time teacher and complete coursework as well.  Along the way, you will provide an action research capstone portfolio and oral defense.
