Program Details
The Graduate Certificate in Executive & Workplace Coaching, an online organizational leadership degree, is designed for students with an undergraduate degree who are seeking additional knowledge in this area. You will gain expertise and insights that will provide ethical and effective coaching. The curriculum is developed in alignment with the definition of coaching and coaching standards and is taught by faculty credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Courses will likely be:
- Coaching Theory and Methodology
- Coaching Application and Practice
- The Ethical Practice
- Coaching for Growth
Students receive 60 hours of coach specific training required for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential. Credits can count toward the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
