Hallmark University was founded in 1969 as Hallmark Aero-Tech in San Antonio, Texas. Originally located at one of the country’s oldest general aviation airports, Stinson Municipal Airport, the campus has expanded to include two other campuses in the city. The vision of Hallmark University, which originated with its founder, Richard Fessler, is to “provide quality education, training and guidance to individuals seeking a better way of living, and by doing so, to supply industry with a supremely skilled workforce." Members of the college accomplish this, in part with their commitment to effectiveness, efficiency, excellence, and integrity.
