Program Details

The online Master of Science in Management is designed to help students identify and develop the skills necessary to manage contemporary organizations using management theory to address daily operational challenges and implement long term strategic goals.  Focusing on the human side of organizations, the curriculum ensures staff is organized, trained, guided, and motivated to reach their greatest potential while also teaching “professional skills” such as critical thinking, collaboration, team building, human relations, and leadership.  The program strives to align the synthesis of technology, critical thinking, and practical application to develop well-rounded managers with clear perspectives of how to strategically position and lead organizations.


  • Have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution in the U.S. or other recognized institution from another country
  • Be employed or actively involved in a paid or volunteer position that has enough responsibility to be suitable to successfully complete a capstone project
  • Have a minimum GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work
