George Mason University’s online CSWE accredited Master of Social Work (MSW) degree program prepares you to take the next step toward a career in direct client service. The Children, Youth, & Families (CYF) specialization prepares students to work with children, adolescents, and families as they navigate through the family life cycle. CYF’s specialized training will provide the skills and knowledge for effective practice with children, youth, and families at the micro, macro, and mezzo levels. Students are prepared to work in a variety of settings such as schools, family service agencies, foster care, child welfare, and juvenile justice.
